A key part of this mission is to provide competitive opportunities for those who want to actively compete in esports titles. Opportunities include in-game participation in different competitions, leagues, and practices, as well as out-of-game options such as sports psychology sessions and team bonding activities. It is also the Esports Club’s goal to ensure that the barrier to participating in these competitive opportunities is as low as possible.

Most important to our mission, however, is fostering a sense of welcome and belonging. It is crucial that those in the Northwestern community see the Esports Club as an open, approachable avenue to explore esports and video games as a whole.
